Please note that classes and consultations are non-refundable. We are able to accommodate changes in your schedule right up to 3 working days before the selected class / consultation date. 

Any reschedule required should be done 3 working days before the appointment. An admin charge of S$20.00/- is chargeable for any last minute request. We reserve the rights to reject any last-minute rescheduling request and the appointment will be deemed as consumed.

If your residential address is within Sentosa, Tuas, or Changi Airport, an additional charges of S$20.00 add on the $20.00 fee before checking out.

Should the session overrun, please note that there is an extra charge of $30/15-minute for consultations at our Centre after the first 60 minutes, and $40/15-minute for Home consultations after the first 90 minutes.
