I signed up for the caring for newborn private class through the mummy market baby fair. Unfortunately due to unforeseen circumstance, I delivered early before the class. I contacted Hegen Lactation Centre after delivery and they very kindly converted it to a home visit. They were very helpful and checked in frequently before the home visit, even helping to reschedule the class when baby was still admitted prior to the class. The home visit consultant Abie was very professional and patient with us. Her sincere interaction was touching and she taught us many tips on how to take care of premmie. Highly recommend the classes at Hegen Lactation Centre!

I booked for the private back-to-work breastfeeding class and Abbie was the IBLC assigned to me. She was very knowledgeable, patient, caring to both mommy and baby, and understanding. I learned a lot about breastfeeding from her. Aside from helping me plan on breastfeeding when back to work, we were also able to do practical application on how’s the proper latching and stuff. Even my nanny is impressed of the quality of this class. Highly recommended!

The LC consultation has greatly improved my wife’s confidence in latching and feeding the baby, would recommend to all new mothers!
