Our classes and consultations are private or small groups to ensure a conducive and relaxed learning environment for you. Hence, we seek your understanding of our policy regarding rescheduling of appointments.

Rescheduling Policy:
Any reschedule required should be done 48 HOURS before the appointment. An admin charge of S$20.00/- will be made for any last-minute request. Beyond the 48th hour, appointments that cannot be rescheduled will be deemed as void. Our classes and consultations are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Punctuality Policy:
We have a 15-minute grace period for every class and consultation. Thereafter, a charge of S$20.00/- will be levied.
