It was a really informative session with Abbie, we learnt so much and feel better equipped to feed and take care of our newborn. The hands on section of the class was really useful. Abbie was really engaging, patient and knowledgeable. We thoroughly enjoyed the session and would highly recommend it and Abbie :)

We learned a lot through this consultation. They are very patience in teaching us on how to handle the baby and how to do proper latching. Highly recommend to attend this session before your first born! :)

Very educational class with plenty of tips for new parents on breast feeding, bathing of new born and swaddling as well.Trainer is very engaging as well and definitely helped a lot in my confidence in handling a new born as they have a good balance of theory and practical.Highly recommend every new parent to attend this class!

It's very informative, and well-paced. I especially love the descriptive photos, as well as infant first aid that we got to try out! The trainer was very patient and provided a lot of information from her own professional experience which helped to contextualise better the lessons.

Highly recommend the newborn class at the Hegen Experiential Centre for first time parents, as well as brushing up for seasoned parents, like me! Amazingly friendly, warm and engaging consultant Abie provided lots of practical hands on learning too which we loved. I learnt things I never knew before, and wish I knew earlier. The session was informative and helpful for me as a first time mum to be. The consultant, Abie, addressed all my concerns and questions regarding breastfeeding. She also shared valuable fundamentals of breastfeeding. It was truly a fruitful session.

The centre and staff were very hospitable. The lesson conducted was very beneficial which answered a lot of questions which weighed on us. Definitely a great experience for us and we would strongly recommend to everyone to sign up for this!
